Your first month is $247

Your $247 first month covers your first provider visit and gets your care started. After that, each appointment is just $97. Medications and any labs are billed separately.

Card payments include a 5% fee: enter $259.35 ($247 + 5% card fee) and a reason for payment (e.g. “first month sign-up”). Prefer no fee? Pay the exact $247 free by Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, or Cash App in your portal.
What happens next:
  1. Create your account below.
  2. Pay your $247 first month — by credit/debit card, or free via Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Cash.
  3. Upload your ID and a photo, and e-sign your medical waiver.
  4. Set up your Total Body Insights blood test at Quest Diagnostics through the link in your Patient Portal.
  5. Your Patient Care Coordinator uploads your Blood Test Order into your Patient Portal for you to print and take to your Quest Diagnostics appointment.
  6. Blood results come back in 3–4 days.
  7. Your provider (doctor) appointment is scheduled to review your results.
  8. Your medications are billed and ordered.
  9. A 30-day follow-up lab and provider visit are scheduled to fine-tune your plan.
