Your $197 first month covers $100 toward your care plus your first provider visit. After that, each appointment is just $97. Medications and any labs are billed separately.
What happens next:

  2. Pay your $197 first month (Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Cash).
  3. Upload your ID and a photo, and e-sign your medical waiver.
  4. Your care team schedules your Total Body Insights blood test at Quest Diagnostics.
  5. Your provider (doctor) appointment is scheduled to review your results.
  6. Your medications are billed and ordered.
  7. A 30-day follow-up lab and provider visit are scheduled to fine-tune your plan.
